• To carry out transactions regarding the personnel rights of all personnel working at our university in a timely, accurate, and rapid manner within the framework of the constitution, laws, regulations, and relevant legislation;

• To ensure the implementation of newly published legislation accurately and with interpretation by establishing coordination with the personnel offices of all units in our University's Organizational Structure;

• To make proposals to senior management regarding human resources planning;

• To carry out studies aimed at developing our institution's personnel through training program planning and implementation;

• To provide services that foster critical thinking and problem-solving, continuous self-renewal in personal and professional fields, adherence to ethical values, sensitivity to national issues, consideration for public interest, and contribution to the development and growth of the institution.
